Walk & Talk Therapy
WALK AND TALK THERAPY IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO FEEL MORE AT EASE OUTDOORS, PREFER MOVEMENT, OR WANT AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE TRADITIONAL THERAPY SETTING.
It blends the benefits of traditional psychotherapy with the calming, grounding effects of gentle movement and time spent outdoors. Rather than meeting in an office setting, sessions take place while walking side-by-side in a natural environment—such as a park or walking trail—creating a relaxed and open atmosphere for therapeutic conversation.
