Erin is dedicated to helping individuals and families build lives worth living. Erin holds a Master of Art’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern University. She brings a rich background of clinical experience working with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Erin is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and specializes in providing practical, evidence-based tools for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and managing intense emotional states. She operates from a strength-based, systemic perspective, empowering clients to move beyond patterns of distress by learning to skillfully regulate emotions, navigate difficult relationships, and increase mindfulness.
Erin provides a safe, validating, and collaborative space where clients can learn to trust themselves and develop the resilient skills needed for sustainable mental well-being.
